JOHN RALLO, Renzo Gracie Black Belt
Jonathan, a Brazilian Jiu-Jistu purple belt, started practicing martial arts at the age of 11.  Over a 16 year period he has trained at various
levels in the arts of Taekwondo, Kempo, Capoiera, Boxing, Muay Thai Kick Boxing, modern MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.  In 2003 Jonathan
began training in MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under black belt John Rallo at Ground Control Academy Baltimore.  Initially, Jonathan desired
to supplement his Kickboxing/Grappling experience with MMA and BJJ in hopes of becoming a professional fighter; however, he now
practices MMA primarily for hobby and fitness.  Jonathan, now a certified instructor under John Rallo, has spent the two years training and
teaching BJJ at Ground Control Kansas City.  He hopes to give the students of Ground Control a positive atmosphere in which to train as
well as goal-oriented fitness and BJJ programs.
